As a Voice - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Conducting virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing personalized support and guidance
- Providing SMS support to potential leads, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions that meet their expectations
