As a Voice - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Conducting virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Providing SMS support to potential leads, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions that meet their expectations
  • Gathering and recording information accurately to support the customer service process, ensuring that every interaction is documented and tracked
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet their needs

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time
  • Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales role, with a strong adaptability and flexibility to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a bias for action and a results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
