As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting crucial data enrichment initiatives for a respected healthcare client. Your primary duties will include:

• Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as required
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect
• Verifying information provided by third-party sources using online databases for accurate cross-verification
• Reviewing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions
• Conducting data entry, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for updates
• Ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks
• Being receptive to additional responsibilities as needed
