  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Will Call Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer requests for returns & credits via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Processing returns and credit requests, including order entry for replacements, and communicating with vendors, warehouse team, and Accounts Payable as necessary
  • Checking stock availability, tracking order and delivery status, and other necessary data to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Partnering with suppliers to process direct returns to factory and issuing credits as outlined by arenaflex internal procedures
  • Creating positive customer experiences through email, phone, and written communications, utilizing required systems including P21 and Salesforce
  • Managing cases as assigned in Salesforce, including but not limited to RMAs & credits and responding customer inquiries
  • Addressing any issues or concerns that customers may have during the pickup process
  • *Inter-Departmental Communication**

As a Will Call Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Contact Center teams to complete customer credit & return requests, generate replacement orders, and provide order status information. You will also communicate with other departments within arenaflex as needed to answer questions and resolve customer issues.

  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the distribution industry
  • Excellent customer focus, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and professionalism
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, including P21 and Salesforce
