- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Placing outbound calls to potential customers to discuss auto loan refinancing options
- Educating customers about our products and services, and guiding them through the online enrollment process
- Answering inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and using a conversation-based approach to uncover customer needs
- Building trust and confidence with customers, and taking ownership of their needs and issues
- Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service customer applications or troubleshoot their questions and issues

- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- At least 1 year of auto finance experience
- *Work from Home Technology Requirements**
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
- Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

- This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
