As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the voice of our company. Every conversation, every interaction, and every resolution you provide shapes how customers perceive our brand. This is a responsibility we take seriously – and one that we equip you to handle with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Issue Resolution: Process customer complaints and concerns through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to listen actively and respond empathetically will be crucial to your success.

  • Investigation & Resolution: Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach while investigating customer complaints. Your goal will be to resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome.

  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases with relevant details, product information, and interaction notes. Precision and attention to detail are essential to ensure continuity of service and accurate record-keeping.

  • Escalation Protocol: Identify issues based on severity and appropriately escalate them to the appropriate levels of management or specialized teams. Your judgment and ability to recognize when to involve others will be key to maintaining service quality.

  • Confidentiality & Security: Ensure the protection of caller information and proprietary company data by adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and security procedures. Trust is the foundation of our customer relationships, and you will be entrusted with sensitive information.

What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of previous customer service experience – whether in retail, hospitality, call centers, or other customer-facing roles

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey information clearly and professionally

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to commit to our hybrid work schedule, including working in the office on designated days
