- Job Description:
- Conduct complex finite element analysis to support the design and development of mechanical systems and components
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) on mechanical components and systems using advanced software tools
- Develop and validate FEA models for structural, thermal, and fatigue analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs based on FEA results
- Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide engineering recommendations
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest FEA techniques and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems using analytical skills
- Contribute to the development of FEA standards and procedures within the organization
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in FEA and mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools
- Base skills in CAD software like SolidWorks or CATIA
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
- Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, thermal analysis, and fatigue analysis
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and efficient work habits
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of material properties and behavior in various conditions
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to mechanical engineering
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
