Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is a global leader in digital learning and talent technology. We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Group Finance team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger across multiple Group entities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely payment
- Run weekly multi-currency payment cycles with Treasury
- Ensure expenditure is properly authorised
- Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit journal entries
- Monitor timesheet submissions and issue reminders
- Support month-end close and respond to finance queries
- Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Requirements
- 3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
- Multi-currency experience
- Strong NetSuite and Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisation
- Confident communicator across all business levels
- Proactive and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting
