Role Overview
- three Full Stack Engineers over the next month to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure‑heavy projects. These engineers will help stand up core foundations and then own products end‑to‑end as work matures.

Technical Focus
- Frontend
- React (v16–19)
- Vite (yes — “Vite” is the correct term; modern frontend build tool / dev server)
- Backend / Services
- .NET / C#
- Express services
- APIs
- Python (FastAPI)
- Hands‑on server/API development APIs do not currently exist — engineers will help define and build them
- AI / ML Exposure
- PyTorch
- NumPy
- LangChain / LangGraph (referred to internally as LangStar)
- Databases
- PostgreSQL (query‑heavy workloads)
- AI Tooling
- Claude currently in use
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Minimal hand‑holding
