Admissions Support Specialist (Remote – U.S.)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and organized Admissions Support Specialist to serve as the front-line voice of our company.




Position Summary


The Admissions Support Specialist supports the Admissions Manager and clinical team by managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, assisting with compliance tracking, and supporting intake and RPM processes.


This role is critical to maintaining patient experience and ensuring required patient engagement standards are met.


This is a fully remote position requiring consistent availability from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.




Responsibilities


Patient Communication




  • Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly




  • Route calls to appropriate clinical or administrative staff




  • Document patient interactions accurately




  • Serve as a welcoming, patient-centered representative of the company




Appointment Coordination




  • Conduct appointment reminder calls




  • Confirm or reschedule appointments




  • Track missed appointments and follow up as directed




Administrative Support




  • Manage incoming and outgoing fax communications




  • Assist with document routing and internal coordination




  • Support provider schedule oversight as needed




Compliance & Tracking




  • Assist with annual visit tracking




  • Help ensure required monthly patient contact documentation




  • Identify and escalate patient engagement gaps




  • Support RPM equipment coordination and tracking






Qualifications




  • Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred




  • Experience with EHR systems strongly preferred




  • Strong verbal communication skills




  • Highly organized and detail-oriented




  • Able to work independently in a remote environment




  • Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace






Compensation & Benefits




  • Hourly Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience)
