Job Description
<p dir="ltr"><span>Position: Virtual Speech and Language Pathologist for 26/27 School Year. </span> </p>

<ul>
<li><span>Assess and diagnose articulation, expressive/receptive language, and pragmatic disorders through virtual evaluations.</span></li>
<li><span>Develop individualized virtual therapy plans based on students' needs and goals.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.</span></li>
<li><span>Conduct online therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms and interactive tools.</span></li>
<li><span>Collaborate with teachers, parents, teachers, staff and other professionals to support students' communication skills.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary.</span></li>
<li><span>P</span><span>rovide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support students' speech and language development.</span></li>
<li><span>Stay updated with research and best practices in virtual speech and language therapy.</span></li>

<li><span>Valid CA state licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and video conferencing tools.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills for virtual interactions.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to provide engaging and effective therapy sessions in a virtual environment.</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques applicable to online therapy.</span></li>
