As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in managing our stock plan programs and ensuring operational excellence across our global operations.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, contributing to the effective administration of our equity-based compensation programs. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions that ensure the integrity and success of our stock plan operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Compliance and Auditing: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance across all equity transactions.
  • Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to detail. This includes managing the complete lifecycle of equity awards from grant to settlement.
  • Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all equity-related transactions.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Enrollment Activities: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of equity programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations. Develop insights and recommendations based on equity plan data to drive continuous improvement.
  • System Maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. Ensure data integrity and system effectiveness across all equity plan operations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the global equity team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is highly desirable.

Technical Competencies:


  • Proven ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday preferred. Knowledge of methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems is essential.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and convert findings into precise, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
