We are currently seeking a talented Global Equity Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us continue our legacy of excellence.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing our global equity compensation programs. Your contributions will directly impact our employees' experience and ensure the smooth administration of our stock plans. You will be responsible for:

• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans


• Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards with precision and timeliness


• Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting


• Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner


• Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities


• Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives


• Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance


• Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested by leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required


• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field preferred


• Experience working with multiple stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly


• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday preferred), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable recommendations


• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
