  • Work Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, California

  • Office Rotation Days: Tuesday, Thursday & every other Friday

  • Work From Home Days: Monday, Wednesday & every other Friday

  • Compensation: Competitive pay rate of $26 per hour

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Processing Customer Inquiries: Handle product complaints and inquiries through various communication channels including phone queues, email, and chat platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking resolution and support.

  • Investigating Complaints: Maintain a positive customer experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Your goal is to resolve issues effectively while leaving the customer feeling valued and heard.

  • Database Management: Accurately update databases with pertinent details, customer information, and product information. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining our high-quality customer records.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role, demonstrating your ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and creatively.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work the hybrid schedule as outlined (office rotation Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday; work from home Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday).
