I am looking for a book manuscript specialist, not just a basic editor

I have written a book manuscript of about 400 pages, but the material is scattered across multiple Word documents. I need an experienced freelancer who can help me bring order, structure, clarity, and professional formatting to the entire project so it can be self-published on Lulu or a similar platform.

This project may involve:

manuscript consolidation

chapter/section organization

structural cleanup

self-publishing file preparation
