    Job Description:
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
  • Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts
  • Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately
  • Set qualified demos for Account Executives
  • Track all activity accurately in our CRM
  • Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards
  • Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
    Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone daily
  • Ability to follow scripts, processes, and daily activity expectations
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Consistent work ethic and reliability
  • Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools
  • Nice to Have (Not Required): Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
