F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electrical Inc. is a 40+ year old business based in Manassas with over 1,000 employees. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to follow up with customers and close sales over the phone.
Responsibilities
- The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with customers who declined to move forward with equipment sales/service that were quoted to them by an F.H. Furr Service Technician
- The Inside Sales Representative will have a separate set of parameters for pricing and discounting and will work to close the business over the phone and get the projects scheduled
- Ability to embrace and follow a highly effective sales process
- Promote products and services effectively and comfortably

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
