- Job Description:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- High volume of outbound calls to set appointments for the outside sales team, client managers and division leads
- Track existing client progress and alert sales team and/or CMs to clients whose revenue has dropped or changed substantially
- Collaborate with the sales team, client managers and division leads to develop effective sales strategies and help achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and working with client managers and sales team to resolve any issues.
- Requirements:
- BA or BS degree, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar
- Experience sourcing leads and generating sales pipeline
- History of self-motivation and exceptional drive
- High level of organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple processes with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly establish trusting relationships with prospects and assess their needs
- This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
