    We are hiring for one of our clients seeking bilingual professionals fluent in
  • *Italian Language Teacher**

to support structured evaluation and improvement of conversational AI systems.

    This role focuses on assessing and improving AI-generated responses across a wide range of topics to ensure clarity, factual accuracy, reasoning quality, and alignment with human communication standards.
  • *Role Overview**
    You will evaluate AI-generated content in both English and Italian, providing detailed feedback on response quality, reasoning, tone, and completeness. Your evaluations will help improve overall system performance and user experience.
  • *Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and effectiveness
  • Conduct fact-checking using trusted public sources
  • Annotate strengths, weaknesses, and factual inaccuracies
  • Assess reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness
  • Ensure responses align with conversational standards and guidelines
  • Apply structured evaluation frameworks and scoring systems
  • Produce consistent, high-quality review outputs
  • *Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional-level fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work across diverse topics and subject areas
  • Experience in structured analytical fields (e.g., research, policy, analytics, linguistics, engineering, or similar)
  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in model evaluation, structured annotation, or AI review projects
  • Professional writing or editing experience
  • Experience comparing multiple outputs and making fine-grained qualitative assessments
  • Familiarity with evaluation rubrics or structured scoring systems
