About the People Analytics Team at arenaflex

We are seeking a talented and motivated People Analytics Analyst to join our growing team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a People Analytics Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing cutting-edge analytical expertise to our Human Resources Department. Your work will directly contribute to strategic initiatives that result in significant cost savings and process efficiencies throughout the organization. What You'll Do

Your role as a People Analytics Analyst will be multifaceted, requiring a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. Here's what you can expect to accomplish in this position:

  • Conceive and Develop Analytical Models: You will design and implement sophisticated analytical models that provide deep insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness. These models will serve as the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the entire HR ecosystem.
  • Define and Track Performance Metrics: Establish comprehensive performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately measure HR initiatives' success. You will develop dynamic scorecards and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into workforce health and organizational performance.
  • Drive Improvement Initiatives: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and deliver measurable business outcomes. Your analytical insights will identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Develop Forecasting Models: Create advanced forecasting models to predict future workforce needs, talent trends, and人力资源 challenges. These predictive models will help the organization proactively address emerging issues and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Integrate and Manage Data Systems: Oversee the integration and management of large-scale data systems that support HR analytics. You will ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security while enabling sophisticated analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that enable leadership to make informed strategic decisions. Present findings formally and informally to various stakeholders across the organization.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation teams to ensure analytics supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Execute other related tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the People Analytics function.

What You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent experience/training

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role, demonstrating progressive responsibility and analytical expertise

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking abilities with a high degree of motivation and exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and extract meaningful insights

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced Education: Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in People Analytics within a large, complex organization

  • Technical Certifications: Certifications in analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools

  • HRIS Expertise: Deep familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems and data management best practices
