The Role: Customer Success Manager - K-12 Education & Healthcare
We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Customer Success team at arenaflex. As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing usage of arenaflex services within the schools we serve in Orange County, CA. You will work closely with the Account Management and Implementation teams to establish a robust infrastructure for school support. This role offers the unique opportunity to work hands-on with school nurses and other health staff, positioning you at the forefront of ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare for all students.
Location: Remote - Must be located in Orange County, CA
Travel Requirement: This role requires up to 80% field-based work throughout Orange County
What You'll Do
As an integral member of the arenaflex Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to increase access to care for students and families. Your responsibilities will span across relationship management, strategic planning, and internal collaboration:
- Relationship Management - Schools: Develop strong, lasting relationships with school partners, including school mental health and physical health staff, principals, and their broader school communities. Serve as the primary point of contact for school-based healthcare initiatives.
- Engagement and Communication: Regularly meet (virtually and in-person) and communicate with school health and leadership teams to drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction with arenaflex services. Ensure consistent and meaningful interactions that reinforce our commitment to student wellness.
- Event Participation: Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events that promote awareness and utilization of our healthcare services. Represent arenaflex as a trusted partner in the educational community.
- Partner Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations, proactively addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value of arenaflex services to school administrators, staff, and families.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively resolve complex customer issues, serving as an advocate for our school partners and ensuring any challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively.
- Mission Alignment: Play an active role in achieving our mission to increase access to care, particularly for underserved student populations in diverse socio-economic environments.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular internal reporting on account health, including usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and overall impact. Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Advocacy: Advocate for the customer's needs across arenaflex, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure school partner feedback informs product development and service improvements.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter customer-related activities, communication, market data, and critical issues into our CRM system, ensuring all insights are integrated into strategic account planning.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

- Prior experience with schools is required—this is a great opportunity for former teachers and school staff transitioning out of the classroom! Your first-hand knowledge of the education system will be invaluable in building credibility with school partners.
- Must meet specific fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on a school campus. This requirement ensures we maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance in our school partnerships.
- Ability to travel for approximately 80% of the time. You must be comfortable working in the field, visiting schools throughout Orange County, and managing a mobile work schedule.
- Must currently reside in Orange County, CA. Given the field-based nature of this role, proximity to our partner schools is essential for success.
