  • Document Verification: Clear/verify international documents at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations. Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations.

  • Special Assistance: Assist clients requiring special help or in-station services. Help with boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-mobile passengers, special assistance travelers, and unaccompanied minors.

  • Regional Operations: Perform customer service work associated with handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling agreements.

  • Attendance & Availability: Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance, including fulfilling any mandatory overtime requirements.

  • Safety & Emergency Response: Answer and assist during security or emergency situations, following all protocols and procedures.

  • Information & Support: Provide connecting passengers with gate information and quality customer care in a professional manner consistent with arenaflex guidelines.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards. Complete all job-relevant phases of training. Comply with applicable laws (e.g., DOT, FAA, TSA).
