What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

1. Passenger Assistance & Inquiry Management

- Address inquiries regarding flight bookings, reservation details, baggage allowances, and travel documentation requirements
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, departure times, arrival times, and connecting flight options
- Assist passengers with special requests, including dietary accommodations, accessibility needs, and unaccompanied minor services
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions, regardless of the situation
2. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling
- Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Investigate issues thoroughly by reviewing passenger records, flight history, and system information

3. Booking Support & Reservation Management

- Provide real-time flight status updates, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes
- Communicate boarding information and assist passengers with boarding pass issues

- Assist stranded passengers in rebooking alternative flights and making alternative travel arrangements

5. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Identify opportunities to upsell premium seating, business class upgrades, and priority boarding

6. Technical Support & Digital Assistance

Essential Qualifications
