  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering effective, customer-centric support across multiple channels of communication. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Use your strong judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through any channel.
  • **Multitasking and Efficiency**: Navigate several computer systems simultaneously and multitask efficiently to accurately input data while gathering necessary information to address customer inquiries.
  • **Meeting Customer Needs**: Determine and assist with all customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general arenaflex inquiries.
  • **Product Knowledge and Information**: Provide adequate information and explanation to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and all other customer questions.
  • **Sales Opportunities**: Recognize and act on sales opportunities, including following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information after researching questions.
  • **Personal Connection and Empathy**: Connect on a personal level and show empathy to establish rapport and inspire customers in every interaction with a positive attitude, engagement, care, and courtesy.
  • **Continuous Learning**: Practice continuous learning and self-development by remaining actively engaged in ongoing learning of arenaflex business and Contact Center resources in order to effectively carry out activities.
  • *Qualifications**

  • **Education**: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • **Experience**: 1 year customer service or sales experience
  • **Computer Skills**: Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications
  • **Customer Service Knowledge**: Intermediate/advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing
  • **Home Internet Speed**: Minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s DOWNLOAD, 5mb/s UPLOAD
