What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required. Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Contribute ideas, share best practices, and engage in team meetings to enhance our service delivery.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and/or services that may benefit customers. This helps customers get more value while contributing to business growth.
  • Referral and Escalation: Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff when appropriate. Know when to escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to rotate shifts as needed to support business requirements and provide coverage during peak hours.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Three to six months of relevant customer service experience preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a passion for customer success.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge, including proficiency with standard software applications.
