Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence


  • Greet and engage with customers in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner

Sales and Transaction Management


  • Register customer purchases accurately on designated point-of-sale systems

  • Collect payments and provide correct change as needed

  • Process voids, returns, delays, refunds, and exchanges as required

  • Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest complementary products or upsell opportunities

  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, seasonal offers, and sale items

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

Store Operations and Maintenance


  • Keep counters and retail spaces clean, organized, and well-merchandised

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records

  • Receive and price stock as directed by management

  • Implement company asset security protocols to identify and minimize loss

  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco

  • Build and maintain eye-catching product displays including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise

  • Complete resets and modifications as directed by the management team

Product Knowledge and Inventory Management


  • Assist with proper separation of food items including separating raw foods from pre-cooked items

  • Position products according to company policies and procedures

  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for inventory rotation

  • Restock shelves and ensure product availability

  • Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment

  • Stay informed about new products and seasonal offerings

Photo Center Services


  • Provide customer assistance in the photo center area

  • Process digital passport photo requests

  • Handle banner printing and creative machine operations

  • Specialize in unique and special photo product sales

  • Ensure quality control of all photo center outputs

Online Order Fulfillment


  • Handle web order responsibilities including screening orders in the system

  • Process order picks efficiently and accurately

  • Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store

  • Maintain communication with customers regarding order status

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Store Appearance and Cleanliness


  • Assist with both internal and external maintenance responsibilities

  • Ensure clean, tidy, and organized store environment and appearance

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols

Team Collaboration and Professional Development


  • Follow all company policies and procedures consistently

  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors

  • Attend training sessions and complete required professional development courses

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
