Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner

  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, providing accurate and helpful information

  • Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department or resource

  • Work in a blended call center environment, handling both outbound and inbound calls

  • Support sales efforts and participate in client campaigns related to corporate needs

  • Document all call information accurately in our system

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in outbound calling techniques and able to handle a fast-paced environment

  • Outbound dialing, upselling experience, and telemarketing experience are a plus

  • Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools

  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
