  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Representative in our Chat Call Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems
  • Working with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve queries, provide product information, and expedite orders
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Collaborating with our technical support and collection personnel to resolve customer problems and expedite orders
  • Processing purchase orders and restocking inventory as needed
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order processing
  • Maintaining relationships, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answering pricing and product inquiries
  • Executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes
  • Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
  • Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Self-starter mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Effective working in teams to achieve departmental objectives
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct
