Position Overview: Remote Customer Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Call Center Representatives. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Call Handling: Professionally receive and manage inbound customer service calls related to a wide variety of inquiries, including but not limited to billing questions, proration issues, service modifications, cancellations, and missed service inquiries. You will be expected to handle 60-80 calls per day in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries efficiently. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Escalated Call Management: Handle a number of escalated calls with composure and expertise. The ability to consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service, explain complex issues in simple terms, and demonstrate appropriate de-escalation techniques is critical to your success.
- Active Listening & Communication: Demonstrate appropriate active listening skills and confirm understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests. Communicate concise and accurate information in a manner that is easily understood by customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for customers with repeat issues by engaging the right departments and personnel within arenaflex. Make every reasonable attempt to resolve customer's issues and exhaust all other solutions before escalating.
- One Call Resolution: Strive to achieve first-call resolution by taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfactory solution.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Listen for and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services. Skillfully highlight the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services to increase revenue and retain at-risk customers.
- Customer Retention: Attempt to retain customers who call to cancel services by probing for cancellation reasons and offering alternatives, discounts, or solutions that meet their needs.
- Account Management: Establish customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service types, pricing, billing information, and other required details accurately.
- System Utilization: Use authorized systems to gather information, provide information, and update customer records as needed. Maintain proficiency in multiple applications and tools.
- Performance Standards: Meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center, including attendance, adherence, quality, productivity, safety, and timeliness goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Complete cross-training with Operations, Sales, and Billing departments to enhance your skill set and support other service lines when required.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of previous call center customer service experience, in addition to the education requirement.
- Technical Aptitude: A reasonable degree of technical aptitude is necessary to set up and maintain arenaflex-assigned equipment for remote work.
Remote Work Requirements
This is a remote work position that offers flexibility while maintaining connection to our team. However, there are specific requirements to ensure your success in this role:
- Geographic Eligibility: Must live within 50 miles of an arenaflex Center Site to participate in occasional in-person requirements or training sessions.
- Internet Connectivity: High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required to ensure smooth communication and system access.
- Workspace: A private workspace is mandatory, where you can work the entirety of your shift without interruptions or distractions.
- Technical Setup: The ability to physically connect the computer to the modem or router is required for setting up your home office equipment.

Work Schedule
This position operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday and Sunday shifts as needed. We value work-life balance and strive to provide predictable scheduling whenever possible.

Compensation & Benefits
At arenaflex, we recognize that our team members deserve competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
