Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill remote positions in customer support with a strong emphasis on data entry. Key Responsibilities


  • Live Chat Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about bookings, flight status, policies, and general travel assistance.

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to customer interactions, including updating passenger information, recording inquiry details, processing requests, and maintaining detailed logs in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex customer issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.

  • Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction scores, accuracy in data entry, and other key performance indicators.

Essential Qualifications
