HomeCare Sales Specialist I
As a HomeCare Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of connection for individuals and families who are exploring home care options. Your role involves engaging with people with warmth and professionalism, building meaningful relationships from the very first conversation. You will help potential clients understand the benefits of our programs and guide them toward making informed decisions about their care needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with others, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and takes pride in helping families navigate important healthcare decisions.
Intake Specialist I
Our Intake Specialists work closely with both Patients and Caregivers to educate them about our supported programs and assist them through the application and enrollment process. You will be responsible for guiding applicants through the eligibility process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex information in a clear, compassionate manner. Your success will be measured by your ability to help families complete their journey from interest to enrollment.
Onboarding Specialist I
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will guide our new patients and caregivers through the entire onboarding process of joining the arenaflex family. This role requires you to conduct virtual or in-person orientations, ensuring that every new member understands our programs, services, and expectations. You will serve as a trusted resource during the critical transition period, answering questions, addressing concerns, and setting the foundation for a positive care experience. Strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential for success in this role.
Care Support Specialist I
Our Care Support Specialists play a vital role in guiding patients and caregivers throughout their entire home care journey. You will serve as an ongoing resource, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and, more importantly, feel heard, valued, and cared for. This role involves regular communication with families, problem-solving challenges that arise, and coordinating with our care teams to ensure seamless service delivery. If you are someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and takes genuine satisfaction in supporting others through their healthcare journey, this role is ideal for you.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or social services is a plus but not required—we provide comprehensive training
- Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound call environments
- Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare processes is beneficial
- Bilingual capabilities are always an asset
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona. While you will begin with remote work arrangements, arenaflex will be opening a physical office in Phoenix next year. Once our office is established, this role will require you to come into the arenaflex office weekly for collaboration, training, and team activities. Our future office will be conveniently located in Phoenix, AZ.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay: The base pay range for these positions is between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
