Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency built to navigate the complexities of a hyper-connected world. They are seeking a high-energy, multidisciplinary Junior Account Executive to join their Talent and Influencer Integration team, responsible for researching talent strategies, monitoring social trends, and managing account logistics.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research and development of 360-degree talent and creator strategies
  • Act as the team’s eyes and ears on the social zeitgeist
  • Own the foundational data that fuels our work
  • Draft the first versions of creative briefs, talent itineraries, press releases, and social briefs
  • Manage the daily essentials of your accounts—agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers—with total precision
  • Provide essential support for NYC-based talent events, influencer activations, and content shoots
  • Lead by example in every interaction—prioritizing integrity and professional poise from day one with co-workers, talent reps, and the media

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR
  • High-level internships in the industry
  • Ability to assist in the research and development of 360-degree talent and creator strategies
  • Daily monitoring of platforms and news cycles to flag pop culture moments, creator shifts, and competitor news
  • Build and maintain meticulously researched talent and influencer recommendation lists, media contact sheets, and status documents
  • Draft the first versions of creative briefs, talent itineraries, press releases, and social briefs
  • Manage daily essentials of accounts—agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers
  • Provide essential support for NYC-based talent events, influencer activations, and content shoots
  • Recognize that the talent business is built on trust and authenticity
  • Strong research skills and ability to find the 'why' behind a creator's connection to a brand
  • Concise and creative writing skills with an eye for detail
  • Possess high EQ and situational awareness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior staff and handle a high-velocity environment
  • Driven to take pride in the accuracy of work and exceed expectations
  • Experience with social media and understanding of the creator economy
  • Ability to translate knowledge of platforms into smart pitches or brainstorm ideas for clients
