They are seeking a Junior Administrator to manage Selectpac policy terminations and intake, supporting new business and amendments while corresponding with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting Intake for New Business and Amendments
  • Terminating Selectpac policies across multiple systems (PAS, BEN, TELUS/CAIL, WEX, Robotic Process Automation)
  • Corresponding with field offices, third party vendors, various business units (as appropriate) to obtain missing information
  • Calculate and apply billing adjustments when necessary
  • Determining proper course of action on final balances for terminating clients and preparing final correspondence to the client
  • Working with our third party collection agency to resolve disputes over final balances
  • Issuing reorders of contracts and booklets to internal and external clients
  • Other tasks as assigned

Skills

  • Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time management skills, along with the ability to handle changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
  • Comfortable with frequent keyboarding and maintaining efficient typing speed and accuracy (40 words per minute)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Experience managing change in a positive manner
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Excel
  • Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Access an asset
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills an asset
