Role Description
This is a 1099-contract remote role for a licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSWC or LCPC). The therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services, including individual and group counseling, conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining client records. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adhering to ethical clinical practices are essential aspects of the role. Flexibility with scheduling is available to accommodate both therapist and client needs. Applicants who want to carry a caseload of 12-25 clients are given priority.
- Qualifications
- Strong background in Counseling and Mental Health for providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
- Proficiency in Diagnostic and Biopsychosocial Assessments for accurate client evaluations and treatment plans.
- Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to mental health for holistic client care.
- Active LCSWC (Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) licensure in the state of Maryland (required).
- Ability to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills for maintaining detailed and confidential client documentation.
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and delivering virtual therapy sessions.
- Experience with diverse populations and multicultural competency is a plus.
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field with an independent license to practice.

- 75% session split plus opportunities to earn additional pay by meeting certain tasks and benchmarks
