- Accountabilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Manage priorities and ensure the VP is prepared for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership and marketing meetings.
- Support the development of presentations and executive-ready materials.
- Assist with budget tracking and spend visibility in partnership with Finance.
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and files.
- Support logistics for commercial meetings and team updates. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an administrative support or marketing coordination role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling.
- Strong interest in marketing and coordination; prior exposure to marketing teams preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with urgency and accountability.
