About the Role

As StingBox continues to grow our enterprise footprint, we are looking for a data-driven LinkedIn Paid Ad Specialist to own our LinkedIn advertising strategy. You will be responsible for our entire paid social top-of-funnel and retargeting architecture. Using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, you will design sophisticated ad campaigns, build high-converting audiences, and manage our ad spend efficiently. Your goal is to turn targeted ad impressions into high-quality B2B leads and seamlessly hand them off to our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audience Targeting & Strategy: Build and refine high-intent audiences utilizing LinkedIn's targeting capabilities (job titles, skills, company size, Account-Based Marketing lists) to reach our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of MSPs and IT leaders/CISOs.
  • Ad Creation & Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy and coordinate creatives (Single Image, Carousel, Video, and Document Ads) that cut through the noise of a security leader's feed. This includes aggressive A/B testing of hooks, visual assets, and CTAs.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Fully manage the LinkedIn Campaign Manager environment. This includes launching campaigns, managing daily/lifetime budgets, adjusting bidding strategies, and pacing spend to maximize ROI.
  • Technical Setup & Tracking: Ensure the LinkedIn Insight Tag is properly configured and conversion tracking is accurate across our landing pages and funnels.
  • Lead Management & Handoff: Ensure seamless integration between LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and our CRM so that qualified prospects are delivered directly to our Sales team without friction.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on weekly KPIs, including Click-Through Rates (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Required Qualifications

  • LinkedIn Ads Expertise: Proven experience building and managing profitable B2B paid campaigns specifically within LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Audience Building Proficiency: Strong skills in leveraging LinkedIn's Matched Audiences, website retargeting, and precise demographic filters to pinpoint enterprise decision-makers.
  • Copywriting Skills: The ability to write engaging, high-converting ad copy that speaks directly to technical pain points without sounding like generic corporate spam.
  • Analytical Literacy: A solid understanding of paid media metrics, conversion tracking troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization.
  • Organizational Mastery: You are a "process person" who can manage multiple campaigns and ad variations at once without losing track of budget pacing.
  • Communication: Fluent English with the ability to translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights for the wider team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing in the Cybersecurity, MSP, or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) and automation tools like Zapier for lead routing.
  • Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to quickly iterate on or tweak ad creatives.
  • Past success in a "pay-for-performance" or "results-oriented" remote environment.
