Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will assist clients through various stages of the mortgage process by providing guidance on loan options, evaluating financial documents, and ensuring compliance with lending standards. Responsibilities include originating loans, collaborating with underwriters, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving performance goals while staying updated on mortgage products and regulations.

Qualifications
• Strong experience in Loan Origination and expertise in the role of Loan Officers
• Foundational knowledge of Finance principles and proficiency in Underwriting
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to assist diverse client needs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Working knowledge of applicable mortgage and lending regulations
• State mortgage license
• Must have 3+ Years of experience

Pay
• 100% Commission/W-2 Employee
• $75,000-200,000/Per Yr.
