- Job Description:
- Analyzing customer usage data for Ryder's products to identify sales and expansion opportunities
- Communicating with business stakeholders to understand Ryder's products
- Coordinating with technical and IT teams to identify and evaluate previously untapped data sources
- Developing plans for data ingestion utilizing IT resources
- Ensuring that the ingested data meets the needs of the marketing team or recommends process improvements
- Supporting the development of a deeper understanding of current and potential customers
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or Computer Science
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or master's degree
- 8 years or more in big-data data analyst in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting
- 8 years or more working experience with Excel, SQL, R/, SAS/other Statistical Packages
- 1 year or more in experience in transportation/logistics industry a plus
- Customer experience insights methods, analytics, tools, and practices. Advanced
