You've worked directly with students in grades 4–8 through teaching or tutoring (or developed equivalent expertise and insight), you craft feedback that learners can put into practice immediately, and you refuse to let imprecise work become part of what students are taught.

Your role serves as the human checkpoint that prevents thousands of learners from absorbing an AI's overconfident errors, unclear explanations, or subtly compromised academic standards.

This position centers on meticulous quality control of AI-produced middle school mathematics material: verifying correctness, reasoning, developmental appropriateness, and instructional quality; identifying conceptual pitfalls, vague language, and faulty logic; and delivering precise, organized feedback that enables another team to resolve issues efficiently. This is detail-oriented work demanding high standards, keen observation, and absolute intolerance for mathematically flawed or pedagogically damaging content entering the pipeline.

You'll function as the final checkpoint in the content workflow before publication, evaluating material provided through spreadsheets or a dedicated internal tool and converting your professional judgment into concrete issue documentation. If you can work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, flag problems without excessive elaboration, and prioritize student understanding over deference to automated systems, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
