Role Overview

As a Member Outreach Quality Control Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction across our member outreach initiatives. Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.

  • Data Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with data, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate findings effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: The pay range for this position is $19.52 - $36.06 per hour, which translates to an annual salary range of approximately $40,600 - $75,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant considerations. This role is eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs!
