What You'll Do: Your Role as a Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline hero who ensures our players have the best possible experience with our games. Your responsibilities will extend far beyond simple ticket responses – you'll be an integral part of our player experience team, working to create lasting relationships with the millions of people who play our games every day.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Support Excellence: Serve as the go-to expert for technical support across our free-to-play mobile games on multiple platforms. You'll manage player tickets with the support of our talented engineering team, ensuring every issue is addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Global Player Engagement: Interact with our diverse, global player base spanning every continent. You'll offer technical advice, troubleshooting assistance, and heartfelt support to players with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Issue Resolution & Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve player issues while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You'll work collaboratively with multiple departments including Production, QA, Game Design, Programming, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless solutions.
  • Research & Innovation: Utilize your strong research skills to develop innovative solutions, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our support services and player experience.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices to help improve our knowledge base and support team's efficiency.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the player, collecting valuable feedback and insights to share with our development teams to help improve game features and user experience.
  • Language Excellence: Provide exceptional support in German, English, and Russian, ensuring that all players receive the same high-quality assistance regardless of their language.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:


  • Exceptional Communication Skills in English: Both verbal and written communication must be flawless. You'll be crafting responses that represent arenaflex to players worldwide, so professionalism and clarity are paramount.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills in German: Native-level proficiency in German is required to effectively support our extensive German-speaking player community.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills in Russian: Native-level proficiency in Russian is essential for supporting our large Russian-speaking player base and internal communications.
  • Technical Acumen: A natural ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, easy-to-understand explanations for players with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and find effective solutions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Gaming Experience: Hands-on experience playing mobile games is strongly preferred. Understanding the gaming world and player mindset will help you connect with our community more effectively.
