Network & Security Expert (Sophos, Cisco, Firewall Configuration) – Remote

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Expert with expertise in Sophos and Cisco firewalls for a remote contract position. This project will involve configuring, modifying, and optimizing firewall settings for enhanced network security, as well as working with Windows networking. Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos and Cisco firewalls.

• Modify and optimize firewall configurations based on project needs.

• Perform network security assessments and address vulnerabilities.

• Support and troubleshoot Windows networking issues.

• Ensure network security best practices are always followed.

Requirements

• Sophos and Cisco firewall configuration experience.

• Solid understanding of network security principles and tools.

• Proven experience with Windows networking.

• Strong ability to modify and fine-tune firewall configurations.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
