Online Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (Remote)

IGNIT3 is hiring remote online fitness coaches.

We are an online fitness coaching brand that pairs clients with certified coaches for personalized training, nutrition guidance, and accountability coaching. Our coaches use pre-built programming, a proprietary fitness app, and a full client management system so you can focus on coaching -- not building a business from scratch.

This is a performance-based role. You will be mentored, trained on our systems, and assigned real clients. Coaches who deliver results earn a long-term position on the team with their name featured on our website.

Compensation:

Commission-based with tiered advancement as you grow
Earn up to 50% on company-assigned clients
Earn 70% on clients you bring in yourself
Performance bonuses available

Who We Are Looking For:

ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent certified (active or expired within 10 years)
Degree in exercise science or related field also qualifies
Currently enrolled in a certification program also qualifies
Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
Strong communicator who takes ownership
Self-motivated and ready to work remotely

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation scales with your client load, retention, and performance.
