Key Responsibilities

Ground Operations Support

As an Operations Support Analyst focusing on Ground Operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining, supporting, and advancing our ground operational capabilities. Your contributions will help ensure we continue to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective services to our valued customers. Specific responsibilities include:


  • Analysis and Solution Development: Perform comprehensive analysis of external solutions to support informed decision-making regarding operational response strategies. You will evaluate various approaches and provide recommendations based on thorough research and data-driven insights.

This team delivers critical technology capabilities, drives internal partnerships for cross-functional initiatives, and creates and enables various sales support programs. Responsibilities include:


  • Sales Support: Support the outreach team with analysis, sales tools, CRM systems (including Salesforce), and dashboard reporting, ensuring our sales teams have the insights and tools they need to succeed.
  • Communication Management: Create and distribute communications to ensure effective engagement with the Business Group and clients, maintaining professional and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to the Business Group and clients by responding to and managing client and sales inquiries using CRM tools, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Training Materials: Assist in creating and/or delivering onboarding and training materials for the team, contributing to knowledge transfer and team development initiatives.
  • Sales Initiatives: Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning sessions, supporting our dynamic sales environment with flexibility and enthusiasm.
  • Additional Duties: May perform other work duties as directed by the employee's supervisors, embracing the collaborative nature of our operations.

Required Qualifications
