Position Summary
Seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead to support a large Oracle Cloud implementation across Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and HCM workstreams. This is a hands-on functional/technical lead role with responsibility for reporting strategy, reporting build oversight, validation, and readiness through go-live and stabilization.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and can also lead cross-functional coordination across business, IT, and downstream reporting/data teams. Role charter emphasizes reporting readiness, governance, risk visibility, and post-go-live transition support.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end reporting workstream for Oracle Cloud (FIN / SCM / HCM)
• Maintain report inventory, requirements, ownership, and prioritization
• Map legacy/current-state reports to Oracle Cloud future-state reporting solutions
• Build/support reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC, FDI
• Drive Day-1 reporting readiness, cutover planning, and fallback approach
• Lead data validation / reconciliation and variance analysis during SIT/UAT
• Manage reporting defects, risks, issues, and escalations
• Coordinate with functional teams, IT, DW/reporting stakeholders
• Ensure documentation, governance updates, and post-go-live handoff

Required Qualifications (must have)
• 7+ years in reporting / BI / analytics delivery roles
• 5+ years Oracle Cloud reporting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• OTBI
• BI Publisher
• BICC
• FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud FIN, SCM, and/or HCM
• Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation / transformation programs
• Strong skills in:
• Reporting requirements and inventory management
• Data validation / reconciliation
• Data lineage / reporting dependencies
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)
• Prior work in higher education / healthcare / public sector
• Experience with SQL, data warehouse environments, Snowflake
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau
• Oracle certifications
• Go-live / hypercare stabilization experience
