This is a full-time, remote position that requires you to reside within 90 miles of Hollywood, Florida. You'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while earning a competitive starting wage of $15.50 per hour. What You'll Do: Making a Difference, One Conversation at a Time

As an Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your days will be filled with meaningful interactions that make a real impact. Here's what you can expect:


  • Customer Engagement: You'll engage directly with customers who contact us for a wide variety of topics. This ranges from helping them shop for their new pet companion, to guiding them through our vast selection of pet products, to finding that perfect toy or treat that their pet will love. Every conversation is an opportunity to create a positive experience.
  • Problem Solving: You'll research and determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively about their needs and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure complete contact resolution. No two days are the same, and your critical thinking skills will be constantly challenged and developed.
  • Active Listening & Empathy: You'll operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness in every interaction – both with customers and with your fellow Team Members. Your ability to connect on a human level will set you apart.

  • Documentation & Follow-Up: You'll maintain detailed notes of customer interactions, ensuring continuity of care and providing excellent handoffs when needed.

What You'll Need: Your Toolkit for Success

Essential Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills – you'll demonstrate these in a written assessment as part of our hiring process
  • Multitasking Abilities: Ability to maintain a conversation on the phone while simultaneously navigating on the computer and taking notes
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using computers for data entry, rapid navigation through multiple systems, and internet research to find information that helps support our customers
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change with the evolving business needs of the company
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to shift schedules and work overtime as needed by the business unit, especially during peak periods
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

To ensure you can perform at your best while working remotely, you'll need to meet these technical requirements:


  • Workspace: Your work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that could negatively impact the customer experience
  • Webcam Readiness: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use during team meetings and collaborations
  • Internet Connection: You must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection with speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider. Applicants must meet and demonstrate this requirement
  • Equipment Provided: You'll provide the high-speed internet, and we will provide everything else including the computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • Two-Factor Authentication: A phone line is not required, but you must have a cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. Options include:

    • A smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded

    • A cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls
