Part-Time B2B Copywriter (LinkedIn + Email Marketing + Drip Campaigns)
Posted 2026-05-05We are looking for an experienced B2B Copywriter to support our small agency clients on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B long sales cycles, prospecting, and how to create content that builds trust, authority, and pipeline over time.
You will work closely with our Account Manager and clients to create content for both personal LinkedIn profiles and company LinkedIn pages, as well as B2B drip email campaigns and broader email marketing initiatives that support sales teams and lead nurturing.
We want someone who is consultative, responsible, proactive, and easy to work with. You should be comfortable speaking with clients, asking thoughtful questions, and turning conversations into strong content. This role also requires a professional video presence and availability for client phone calls at least one time per week.
Responsibilities:
- Write thought leadership LinkedIn posts for personal and company profiles
- Create B2B drip email campaigns and email marketing copy for lead nurturing and sales support
- Support messaging for prospecting and long B2B sales cycles
- Collaborate with our Account Manager on strategy, content, and revisions
- Work effectively with designers by providing organized copy, clear direction, and a smooth handoff process
- Contribute creative ideas that align visuals with the messaging and campaign goals
- Join client calls at least 2x per month to gather insights and support messaging
Requirements:
- Proven B2B copywriting experience
- Experience writing LinkedIn thought leadership content
- Experience creating B2B email drip campaigns and email marketing copy
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and longer sales cycles
- Ability to collaborate with designers and think through copy + creative together
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable on video and in client-facing calls
- Reliable, organized, and consultative in approach
