What You Will Do

As a key member of our Business Analysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analytical support that directly influences strategic decision-making across the organization.   • Business Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing investments. Your focus will be on providing actionable recommendations that help the business make the most informed decisions possible.
  • Pilot Program Assessment: Investigate and evaluate the performance of various pilot initiatives while adhering to rigorous testing methodologies, including A/B testing frameworks and other experimental approaches.
  • Tool Maintenance and Development: Maintain and update required tools and models based on evolving business needs, including BPM systems, Route Planning models, and other analytical platforms essential to our operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, proactively developing solutions to address these challenges and improve overall data integrity.
  • Trend Analysis: Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data you evaluate to identify gaps or opportunities that the organization needs to consider or address in their strategic planning.
  • Financial Target Optimization: Support the design and development of arenaflex tools and frameworks to improve financial outcomes, analyzing the various drivers from top-line revenue to bottom-line profitability while continuously enhancing value chain capabilities.
  • Scenario Modeling: Model business scenarios based on known datasets and specific business requirements, providing leadership with robust data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Provide spontaneous investigations and detailed reporting as needed, creating executive-ready summaries and visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Field Operations, Profit Development Management, Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing to support various business activities.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a strong emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.

  • Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred and viewed favorably.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLookups, and complex modeling capabilities.

  • Strong data literacy and the ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.

  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

  • A solid understanding of Profit and Loss Statements and financial metrics.

  • The ability to balance long-term and short-term needs while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and progressively support various stakeholders.
