Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill Part-Time Customer Care Professional positions. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, interacting directly with card members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This position offers flexible scheduling with shifts available between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for world-class customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Support: Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment by adhering to our Client First philosophy. Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression on our card members.

  • Understanding Customer Needs: Communicate with card members to thoroughly understand their financial needs and design unique solutions that address their specific situations.

  • Supporting Card Membership Benefits: Explain and demonstrate the benefits of card membership, providing relevant product offers that enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable value to our card members.

  • Developing Consultative Sales Skills: Continuously improve key selling abilities, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales effectively.

  • Addressing Customer Inquiries: Handle general and account-specific customer requests professionally. Provide clear and concise information while updating customer account data as needed.

  • Identifying Custom Solutions: Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate customer needs, ensuring we maintain our commitment to relationship-driven service.

  • Meeting Performance Goals: Achieve and exceed performance targets including customer survey results, sales rates, quality objectives, adherence standards, and productivity targets.

  • Team Collaboration: Assist in driving your team and colleagues toward success through collaboration and shared commitment to excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated success in a client support and consultative sales environment (two years or more), with a genuine enthusiasm for building customer loyalty through exceptional active listening, consultative relationship building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Integrity and Compliance: Demonstrated integrity when handling sensitive card member information and commitment to adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to adjustments and sales practices.

  • Passion for Consultative Sales: Enthusiasm for recommending products or solutions tailored to each individual customer's needs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to efficiently handle a continuous flow of customer calls while adapting performance to meet various metrics, effectively managing through change, and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.

  • Versatile Communication: Capacity to adapt communication style to a wide variety of personalities and circumstances.

  • Feedback Integration: Commitment to implementing feedback as a pathway to achieving personal and team performance goals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable multitasking and navigating through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy.

  • Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential; you must be ready to work on time and adhere to your schedule daily.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will strengthen your application:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in financial services or payment card industry

  • Additional language capabilities

Additional Requirements


  • Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends

  • Workplace Flexibility: Full-time position with shift flexibility requirements

  • Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; arenaflex will not sponsor visas for these positions
