The Customer Service Representative serves as the vital link between our members seeking legal assistance and our extensive network of qualified legal providers, including attorneys and mediators. Member Support and Provider Matching


  • Locate Qualified Legal Providers: Conduct thorough research and utilize our comprehensive database to match members with appropriately qualified legal professionals who can address their specific legal matters—whether they need assistance with family law, real estate, criminal defense, civil litigation, or any other legal area.

  • Case Management: Successfully manage a dynamic caseload of 25 or more customers at any given time, ensuring each member receives personalized attention and timely follow-up throughout their legal journey.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy, while also maintaining prompt and clear email correspondence with both members and legal providers.

Network Development and Provider Relations


  • Recruit Legal Providers: Actively build and expand arenaflex's network of legal providers by leveraging various online resources, referral networks, and strategic recruitment initiatives. Your efforts will help ensure we maintain a robust and diverse panel of legal professionals.

  • Cold Outreach: Proactively introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential provider partners through cold calling, presenting the benefits of joining our network and the value we provide to both attorneys and their potential clients.

  • Provider Validation: Meticulously verify the professional licensing and credentials of all legal providers through local and state regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Network Expansion: Successfully recruit legal providers for individual customer referrals, strategic network partnerships, legal class action requests, and special promotions or assignments as needed.

Quality and Performance Standards


  • Exceed Company Standards: Consistently meet or exceed established benchmarks for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timeliness in all interactions and case management activities.
