About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction and outdoor living company. This is a fully remote, part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) focused on organizing and entering project data into our CRM system.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn consistent extra income with flexible hours and straightforward tasks.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering project data, expenses, and updates into our CRM (JobTread)
- Assisting with basic tracking of project costs, margins, and details
- Keeping records organized and up to date
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
- Tools We Use
- JobTread (CRM) – experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) – integrated with JobTread
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Prior admin or data entry experience is a plus
If you’ve used JobTread before, that’s a major advantage.
